Proactively and appropriately respond to staff and guests in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, and serve as an escalation point for staff and guest inquiries, concerns, and/or complaints.
Responsible for scheduling Guest Services Event Staff for Rangers Baseball games.

Previous management in the sports/entertainment venue, resort, hotel, or comparable hospitality environment.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, Tableau, Tickets.com, Scheduling Software, etc.) Ability to learn and learn new software programs.
Strong ability to work with a diverse population in a collaborative, respectful manner with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal skills required.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to handle a high volume of detailed work and ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
Ability to research and innovate as it relates to guest experience best practices.

Garantiza la limpieza de las áreas de degustación, incluyendo estantes, muebles, toldos y productos FDC, así como la limpieza general en el Bar del TFDC, con el objetivo de asegurar una buena presentación del local.
Resguarda y cuida del buen uso de la cristalería al momento de servir, para evitar pérdidas por el mal manejo de estas.
Realiza el inventario de los productos Flor de Caña y solicita al jefe inmediato el abastecimiento de rones e insumos de degustación (vasos, agua mineral, sodas) para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos en el Bar del TFDC durante los tours.
Realiza recolección y entrega del material reciclable (vidrio, cartón, latas y plástico) a las áreas asignadas en CLNSA.
Habilidades y Requerimientos:
Disponibilidad de horario (requisito indispensable).
Dominio básico del idioma inglés (deseable).
Título de bachiller y formación técnica en Atención al Cliente, específicamente en el área de bebidas, así como certificación o cursos especializados en coctelería y manejo de bebidas alcohólicas.
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.

Es responsable de atender a los visitantes nacionales y extranjeros brindándoles degustación de los rones del portafolio Flor de Caña a disponibilidad, además de mantener la limpieza e higiene del bar y garantizar el abastecimiento de Rones de la familia Flor de Caña en los lugares para degustación correspondientes.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Verifica que los rones del portafolio Flor de Caña se encuentren limpios y ordenados en los estantes, muebles y barra correspondiente, así como los utensilios y equipo asignado (termos, hieleras, dosificadores, cafetera).
Atiende cordialmente a los visitantes nacionales e internacionales en las instalaciones de CLNSA y en los puntos de degustación del TFDC, ofreciéndoles los tipos de rones que producimos para degustar, así como preparando diversas bebidas con Ron Flor de Caña según su preferencia.
Garantiza la limpieza de las áreas de degustación, incluyendo estantes, muebles, toldos y productos FDC, así como la limpieza general en el Bar del TFDC, con el objetivo de asegurar una buena presentación del local.
Resguarda y cuida del buen uso de la cristalería al momento de servir, para evitar pérdidas por el mal manejo de estas.
Realiza el inventario de los productos Flor de Caña y solicita al jefe inmediato el abastecimiento de rones e insumos de degustación (vasos, agua mineral, sodas) para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos en el Bar del TFDC durante los tours.
Realiza recolección y entrega del material reciclable (vidrio, cartón, latas y plástico) a las áreas asignadas en CLNSA.
Habilidades y Requerimientos:
Disponibilidad de horario (requisito indispensable).
Dominio básico del idioma inglés (deseable).
Título de bachiller y formación técnica en Atención al Cliente, específicamente en el área de bebidas, así como certificación o cursos especializados en coctelería y manejo de bebidas alcohólicas.
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
Conocimiento de la marca y curiosidad sobre la categoría y la industria.
Residir en Managua (deseable).
