Descripción General del Puesto:
Es responsable de apoyar la conceptualización y ejecución de planes de mercadeo a nivel nacional e internacional y en la comunidad online, con experiencia comprobada en la ejecución de eventos, contribuyendo a la consecución de los objetivos de volumen, experiencias para consumidores y construcción de marca; cumpliendo con las normas de higiene y seguridad conforme a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por el área.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Diseñar bitácoras de contenido para e-commerce y redes sociales, interactuar con la comunidad digital para promover la marca, y desarrollar junto con el jefe de mercadeo los lineamientos para los planes de marca y la estrategia global de redes sociales.
Entregar materiales de mercadeo físicos y digitales a mercadeo global.
Coordinar la ejecución de eventos presenciales de marca, supervisando la implementación de materiales promocionales y produciendo contenido audiovisual para fortalecer la identidad de marca y el vínculo con la audiencia.
Garantizar la correcta implementación de planes de comunicación por parte de departamentos de Trademarketing y Ventas en cada mercado.
Realizar seguimiento de cumplimiento de KPI´s y generar reporte de cumplimiento de metas a las gerencias.
Requerimientos y habilidades:
Graduado universitario de las carreras de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o Ingeniería Industrial.
Nivel intermedio - avanzado del nivel de inglés.
Experiencia comprobada en ejecución de eventos y activaciones de marca.
Experiencia liderando equipos. (Deseable)
Licencia de conducir vigente (vehículo propio deseable).
Disponibilidad de horario para asistir a eventos de marca.
Fuertes habilidades de relaciones interpersonales que permitan relacionarse con todos los niveles jerárquicos de la organización.

PART-TIME ESPORTS COACH, ANIMATION & GAME DEVELOPMENT (MAGIC)
Position Overview
The Part-Time eSports Coach is responsible for recruiting and coaching eSports student-athletes. This position works significantly with the student-athletes and department director as well as with admissions, financial aid staff and other campus employees.
What you will be doing
- Recruits and retains students for the eSports program
- Conducts coaching and instruction activities during training, practice and competition
- Coordinates off-season, practice and competition schedules
- Assists with team travel when necessary
- Oversees camps, clinics, and promotional events
- Pursues sponsorship opportunities within the eSports business world
- Ensures team compliance with all league, conference, and institutional rules and regulations
- Ensures that student-athlete and staff behavior, as well as program reputation, are in alignment with the institution values and mission
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience in a competitive eSports environment or related coaching and teaching experience in an educational setting
- All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
- Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goaIs and objectives, policies and procedures
- Experience involving multiplayer online video games with team-based elements and expert knowledge of League of Legends, Overwatch, or similar games
- Ability to demonstrate a vision for a collegiate eSports program at MDC

Position Overview
The Part-Time Animation and Game Development Tutor provides academic support both on-site and online to students enrolled in the Animation and Game Dev programs. The Tutor provides support troubleshooting related software, tutorial creation and live demos when needed. This position diagnoses students’ deficiencies, and assists with assignments.
What you will be doing
- Serves as a role model and motivates students to achieve and assists with their academic needs
- Monitors student’s progress
- Attends all tutor trainings and required meetings
- Provides information to students via social media, text/chat services, email or telephone
- Guides students to use the educational software in the lab facilities
- Assists with the development of assets and the completion of department projects
- Attends and monitors department events as needed
- Helps academically at-risk MAGIC students by giving-one-on-one lessons in problem areas and documents their progress
- Creates video tutorials to reinforce what MAGIC students learn in class

Position Overview
This Faculty member teaches Animation and Game Art and Development courses and strives for excellence as a dynamic educator, networking professional and practitioner scholar who is willing to assume a leadership role in consolidating the image and reputation of the Magic Program as a center of entrepreneur education. This is a full-time Faculty (FAC) position for which an annual contract reflecting the base salary within the fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th) will be issued after ratification by Miami Dade College’s District Board of Trustees.

- Teaches guidance of real-life student projects in action settings

En Esta Posición, Tendrás Oportunidad De
- Ofrecer soporte presencial de 5 estrellas a nuestros socios conductores
- Guiar a los socios conductores a través del proceso de incorporación y de todas las herramientas que necesitan para tener éxito en nuestra plataforma
- Dar sesiones informativas a grupos de nuevos conductores para prepararlos para conducir y usar la aplicación con precisión
- Ayudar a los socios conductores a solucionar cualquier problema que experimenten (por ejemplo, problemas con la aplicación)
- Continuar posicionando Uber, generando una conexión positiva con nuestros socio-conductores y entusiasme por ser parte de nuestro modelo
- Mantenerse al tanto de las nuevas políticas, procedimientos y programas de Uber que afectan a los socios conductores
- Contribuir con información valiosa del negocio para mejorar la experiencia del conductor a través del equipo de operaciones
Requisitos:
- 1 año de experiencia comprobada en atención al cliente presencial.
- Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a las nuevas tecnologías. Manejo intermedio-avanzado de equipo de cómputo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de interactuar, negociar y conectar con muchos tipos de personalidades.
- Pasión por vender nuestro producto a posibles socios conductores.
- ¡Pasión por trabajar en equipo y empoderar a otros!
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera rápida y eficiente.
- Habilidad para identificar dificultades y proponer soluciones.
- Automotivación e Inteligencia emocional.
Puntos extra si posees:
- Una combinación de experiencia en ventas minoristas y atención al cliente.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio-básico: capacidad para leer y comprender correos electrónicos, comunicaciones internas y materiales de apoyo.
- Familiaridad o uso intermedio de Google Workspace.
