Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support core accounting operations for international clients. This role will primarily contribute to:

- Accounts Payable processing

- Cash and bank activity recording

- Account reconciliations

The position will also provide exposure to broader accounting workflows as the firm and client portfolio grow.

This role is ideal for candidates with practical accounting experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work in structured, process-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting Services

• Process vendor bills and maintain A/P records
• Perform data entry and coding review for financial transactions
• Record cash activity and journal entries
• Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in General Ledger maintenance
• Support month-end close activities

Expanded Responsibilities (As Needed)

• Support procurement-to-pay workflows
• Assist with chart of accounts maintenance
• Help maintain accounting documentation and process records
• Support audit requests and PBC preparation
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Assist with budgeting or reporting support tasks
• Coordinate with client finance teams under supervision

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience

Experience with:

• Accounts Payable
• Journal Entries
• Reconciliations

Industry-specific background is not required — relevant accounting work experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms is highly valued.”
