Nicamisol is a leading solar energy company in Nicaragua, specializing in custom solar systems, installation, monitoring, and long-term client support. We help clients reduce electricity costs, increase energy independence, and receive reliable service throughout their solar journey.
Job Description
As a SolarCare Representative, you will be responsible for client communication with existing and new SolarCare clients. Your main role is to make sure clients receive fast, clear, empathetic, and professional responses, and that they are kept informed about their case, appointment, visit, or next step.
This role requires strong organization, excellent communication skills, advanced English, and the ability to follow up proactively so no client is forgotten or left without an update.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to SolarCare clients by phone and messaging.
- Ensure a first response within 15 minutes during working hours.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their case, appointment, visit, or next step.
- Follow up proactively instead of waiting for the client to ask again.
- Track open cases, pending responses, and promised follow-ups.
- Answer basic client questions using approved guidance.
- Escalate technical, urgent, sensitive, or unclear cases to the internal service team.
- Communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism, especially with frustrated or concerned clients.
Main Requirements
- Advanced English, spoken and written.
- Strong empathy and customer service mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very organized and reliable with follow-ups.
- Experience in customer service, call center, client support, reception, or similar roles.
- Ability to manage several client conversations and open cases at the same time.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- Comfortable using digital tools, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, or tracking systems.
- Willingness to learn basic solar service concepts.
Compensation
Salary equivalent to a customer service / call center profile, depending on experience and English level.
