At Evertreen, we are on a mission to make sustainability accessible and actionable. As we grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels
  • Provide timely, empathetic, and accurate support
  • Assist clients with questions about tree-planting projects, platforms, and accounts
  • Collect and report user feedback to improve our services
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations, ESG) to resolve customer issues

🔹 Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • A proactive, positive, and customer-first mindset
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM systems, help desk software)
